Doors open at 8:30 AM, and at this time, refreshments and exhibitions will be available once sign-in has been completed at the registration desk upon entry. The event will commence at 9:00 AM.
Free refreshments will be provided throughout the day, including a lunch buffet and beverages. Please ensure you note any dietary requirements, and we will accommodate them to the best of our abilities.
Parking
Parking spaces are limited and will be reserved for exhibitors and event organizers.
If you would like to request a parking space, please select the option during registration.*
Accessible parking spaces are available upon request.
*Please note that any remaining spaces, after exhibitors and organizers have parked, will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, an onsite space cannot be guaranteed.
For those unable to park at the onsite car park, Derby Arena is available and is a 10–12 minute walk from the Reach Events venue.
Derby Arena Car park Price: £3 per car, for 1 day. Payment can be made by cash at the machines or by card through the MiPermit App or website. Instructions for payment are displayed on the parking machines.
